Fruit Juice Concentrates Production

The fruit juice concentrates production project is one of the flagship operations at Niger Resources Ltd., dedicated to producing premium-quality concentrates from mango, citrus, and guava. With a processing capacity of 25 tons per hour, our facility is positioned to serve both domestic and international markets. This large-scale operation is supported by a 2 million-tree plantation of mangoes, citrus, and guava, developed in partnership with the Niger State Government. The plantation provides a sustainable, reliable supply of fresh fruits to feed our production plant, ensuring the consistency and quality of our fruit juice concentrates.

Our mango concentrate production can process up to 16,800 tons of fresh mangoes annually, while the citrus operation handles 14,000 tons of oranges each year. These figures represent not only the scale of our operations but also the potential for export, as we aim to position Nigeria as a key player in the global fruit concentrate market. By employing cutting-edge technology and adhering to strict quality control measures, we ensure that every batch of concentrate meets international standards.

In addition to the economic benefits, this project supports the local agricultural ecosystem by providing farmers with a steady market for their produce. We actively engage with smallholder farmers through outgrower schemes, giving them the tools and training needed to grow high-quality fruits. This collaboration creates a ripple effect in the community, boosting incomes and improving livelihoods. The fruit juice concentrates production plant is a testament to our commitment to sustainable agriculture, community development, and producing world-class products that can compete on a global stage.
