Engr. Abdullahi Ndagi Aliyu mni (Wambai Nupe), born in Bida, Niger State, Nigeria, has made significant contributions to engineering, public service, and community development. He began his education in Bida, completed secondary school at Government College Keffi, and earned his Higher School Certificate at Government College Bida. He later pursued engineering at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and obtained a Master's in Water Engineering from Loughborough University, UK.
He advanced his leadership skills at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos. His professional career began at the Niger State Waterboard, where he eventually served as General Manager, focusing on improving water supply across the state. He was later appointed Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Water Resources, followed by roles in the Ministry of Agriculture, and as Head of Service.
After retiring from civil service, he led the Niger State Civil Service Commission as Chairman and has served on the Bida Emirate Council. Currently, Engr. Abdullahi is a full-time farmer, continuing his contribution to local agriculture. He is humbly married and dedicated to his family and community, embodying a legacy of service and leadership.
